SWBRC Hosting WIBA Competition

 

On Sunday 8th February,  we are hosting the second round of the WIBA Open Singles Competition.  The players involved are the qualifiers from all the Stadiums in Wales

 

The competition will commence at 10am with eight singles games, followed by a further eight singles games at 12 noon.    After a short break, round 3 will commence at 2.30pm, consisting of the winners of the two morning sessions playing again.  In all, there will be twenty-four singles games played.

Great Place

I was surprised at the size of the  Bowling Rinks, a bit like going into the Tardis. Not tried Petanque yet, but would like to give it a go. Sunday Lunch was one of the best I have tasted.

Impressive, large stadium with a great group of people to play with.  The staff are very helpful and the food is truly excellent. Prices are also very competitive and if you are a member, you get generous discounts on food and drink, especially Bean to coffee beverages which are excellent.
